These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Relo: AI Language Tutor mobile application (“App”) operated by Relo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

Relo provides AI-powered language learning through conversational practice. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

AI-Generated Content

Conversations in Relo are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors in grammar, vocabulary, or cultural context. Relo is a practice tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Relo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ experience.
• Use automated means to access the App or extract data from it.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated content, and software — are owned by Relo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated language content will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Relo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
