Relo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Relo: AI Language Tutor mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

- Learning profile — Your target language, proficiency level, learning goals, and interests, as provided during onboarding.
- Conversation data — Text and voice messages exchanged with AI tutors. Voice audio is processed in real-time for transcription and is not stored after processing.
- Usage data — Analytics events such as screens visited, features used, and session duration, collected via PostHog.
- Error reports — Crash and error data collected via Sentry to improve app stability.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the language learning experience.
- To generate flashcards and learning insights from your conversations.
- To improve app quality and fix bugs.
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI — For AI-powered conversations, speech recognition, and text-to-speech. Your conversation content is sent to OpenAI for processing.
- Apple / Google Sign-In — For authentication.
- RevenueCat — For subscription management.
- PostHog — For product analytics.
- Sentry — For error tracking.
- Supabase — For data storage.
Data Retention
We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Relo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
